Bláfjöll Ski Resort
For the past four years, I’ve led the social media and content strategy for Bláfjöll, Iceland’s largest ski resort. I built their Instagram and TikTok channels from scratch, growing both from zero to over 16,000 followers, with strong reach and consistent engagement.
Before this, most communication with skiers came through the website and Facebook updates. Today, the community can interact daily, tag friends, and get featured on the resort’s channels — turning Bláfjöll’s digital presence into something people feel part of. It’s helped bring energy to the mountain, encouraged more people to try skiing, and created a space that keeps growing each winter.
The content focuses on real moments: fresh snow, weather shifts, behind-the-scenes work, and all the fun that happens on the slopes. The goal has always been the same — to make people feel connected, excited, and ready to ride.
